1. Definitions

4. Account Management

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

777u7 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point during your use of the platform. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 777u7 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts, deducted monthly from the account balance, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

5. Deposits

777u7 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All other payment methods are not accepted unless explicitly stated on the platform's payment page.

• Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳1,000
• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, typically within 30 seconds for mobile financial services.
• 777u7 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 777u7 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used for a deposit on your account. 777u7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to the limits published on the platform's withdrawal page, which may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours of request approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Pending KYC verification, pending bonus wagering requirements, or active fraud investigations may delay or suspend withdrawal processing.
• Real Funds and cleared winnings are withdrawable at any time subject to the above conditions. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

777u7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a specified threshold. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

7.4 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment without a result being determined, obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or evidence of manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance as the original stake amount in BDT.

7.5 Prohibited Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited on 777u7 and will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Arbitrage betting designed to exploit price differences across markets
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on insider information
• Collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes

Upon termination for cause, any Real Funds balance remaining in the account will be reviewed and disbursed in accordance with the findings of any investigation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in their entirety. Winnings generated through prohibited practices will be voided.

Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds not yet cleared through wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.
